Surgery Specialists, LLC is conveniently located in Bedminster, NJ. Dr. Chan
and his knowledgeable staff are dedicated to providing comprehensive treatment
of disorders and injuries of the hand, wrist and elbow in patients of all
ages.
A native of New Jersey,
Dr. Chan completed his undergraduate studies at Duke University and went
on to graduate Summa Cum Laude and valedictorian from Georgetown
University School of Medicine in 1993. Dr Chan completed his post-graduate
training in Orthopaedic Surgery at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania,
and in 1999, completed a fellowship in Hand Surgery and Microsurgery under
the direction of David P. Green, M.D.
Dr. Chan is Board Certified
in Orthopaedic Surgery and holds the Certificate of Added Qualifications
in Hand Surgery.
He has authored numerous
articles in the orthopedic literature and actively lectures to both the healthcare
community and public. Dr. Chan has staff privileges at Morristown Memorial
Hospital, Somerset Medical Center, Overlook Hospital, Saint Barnabas Medical
Center and St. Clare’s Hospital.
